{ Avian Flu }

hey you! are you crazy?"People must have a correct perspective of avian flu – it is a disease transmitted by chickens or other poultry. " The Star. People must be crazy with Chicken Little, everyone is heading to sit in the cinema and watch how panic is the world in the movie while the poor eye sight chicken is saving the world, and ignore the vexedly bird flu matter.

All cinemas in KL has ran out of online booking and telephone booking tickets for wednesday evening shows, in the early tuesday. Don't you think that is just an absolute flu of chicken little?

{ morning started with Moulin Rouge }

I've got a job brief with Moulin Rouge: A Splendid Book That Charts the Journey of Baz Luhrmann's Motion Picture , mainly a photography compilation of the movie making, as a reference for the up coming design. Third feature in "Red Curtain" style trilogy by Baz, after Strictly Ballroom and Romeo + Juliet.

One thing that is really confused me at the first sight on this book was the words on the back cover - "A Bohemian Storm is Brewing". Plus, "We share the naive Boho's belief in Truth, Freedom, Beauty and Love." It's Bohemian again.

" The term Bohemian, as it refers to lifestyle, seems to have begun in France with the term La Boheme. It started as a way of describing bands of carefree 'gypsys' that came from Romania; possibly originating in India. As they traveled through Bohemia (now the Czech Republic), the reigning royalty gave them letters of safe passage. These letters indicated that the Bohemian royalty condoned their practices and lifestyle, which afforded them a sense of prestige in western Europe at the time. " - NewBohemian.com

This movie seems truly attractive to me. From this book, I saw " Hollywood goes Bollywood ", Satine (Nicole Kidman) in the garden: A set which took 6 months to build, stood for only 3 days of filming and was demolished within 24 hours, necklace around Satine's neck which explodes into a trillion spots of lights, a contortionist played as a snake, 480 hours of dance rehearsals, over 750 crew, and a donkey!
