I hurt my Lumbar spine area(lower back) — which have a great deal of motion and flexibility. I've got a patch of blue black and pain at one part that is abit "misplaced", compare to other verterbraes should be placed. I have knocked the outward vertebrae when I was rolling on floor with my back. It might be the force that wasn't well-balanced.
It was indeed getting painful when the muscle & the vein that run across the spine was being pressed. The anxiety that trembled me and I thought it could leave me to paralysed. I can't sit in front of the computer and click on the mouse and I can't even dance no more! I am not a professional dancer though, but I feel happy that at least I can still move myself around freely. I will lie on the bed all day long, I can't go travel and I am just 21! Mentioned was pictures that flashed through my mind, when I was doing the cool-down exercise during the end of practise and got hurt even more severely. I can't help my tears stop shedding, holding the disorder part and laying on the floor dreadfully for 3 minutes, so scared.
Checked out with this,
" Disorders are common ( *love this* ) in the lumbar spine and at the top of the sacral region, as this area supports most of the body’s weight which creates stress on the structures in this area. The combination of these two sections of the lower back is often referred to as the “lumbosacral region”.
People with back problems that get better within a few weeks usually have a strained muscle (a pulled muscle) -*may be huh?* or other soft tissue damage. However, many back problems that don’t get better within a few months are caused by some type of problem with a spinal disc or nerve. " Thanks to spine-health.com
I have put down big portion of the huge rock which has laid in my heart for few days.

My dear, you are so busy with your life but you are willing to squeeze abit of time to read my blog! so touched* when i got your reply here I felt so so warm, cuz you still concern such a bad friend like me. of course, xin ying will do.
Hurt my back when i was rolling backward. the action was like : standing then sit downward n roll the back and push the whole body upward - shoulder stand. when the force ran thru from back until shoulder, my spine was curve like "C". The action was in rush + fast, so the force was too much and the spine was being knocked. When i compared my spine ( touching with hand ) to others, i do have a part is slightly come out than other people's spine.
It was 4 days ago, the pain was not as pain as 4 days ago, as that day i was keep on dtraining myself for that. I tried to do the same action again yesterday, and i still managed to do so. more pain come back to me. Now, i still can move like normal. but i found that i cant arch my back like how i used to do bridge, and when i press on the come-out-abit part, i feel pain and WORRIED still, the pain is like blue black + swell -.-|||
Some pics were from myself / friends / others, but all were added a little touch up or changes, so that they could have better viewing satisfaction to me. haha :)
The choc bread was from a normal bakery, normal sliced bread like we use to put in the toaster, but in the middle filled with melted chocolate in spiral form. BUT its no longer selling. smooth jazz is very relaxing yet romantic ya? :P
